How do i watch live premiership football on my Laptop?

I need to know how to watch live premiership football on my Laptop. Is there anything I need to download? Can someone give me an easy step by step guide on how to get this going? Thanks

    Either use justin.tv or sportonlaptops.com

    I use both of these sites. No downloading required just click and watch.
    if you use justin and it feezes, if you look at the chat room which is located on the right of the screen people will put up links to other sites where it is still showing.

    Just try it next time yeam are playing and you will get the hang of it in no time!!
